SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
We strive to provide a superior customer service experience while providing affordable, commercial grade products. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, we will request quotes from different couriers and present to you the customer the lowest and most dependable courier and rates available. Tracking information is provided via email following shipment of your order.

Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) or Full-Truck-Load (FTL) Shipments
Any products >2' in length, width or height is recommended to by shipped via LTL/FTL and palatalized due to ease of damage otherwise. We HIGHLY recommend all customers ask their account representative the proper pallet quantity to get best pricing.
  • LTL and FTL reservations are scheduled typically for next day pickup.
  • Modifications must occur within one-hour of order placement.
  • Shipping quotes only include from warehouse to address location door and DOES NOT INCLUDE extra charges such as:
    • Lift gate requests
    • Calls ahead of delivery
    • Inside delivery
    • Limited access locations such as hotels, hospitals, schools, other difficult access locations.
    • and other special requests. 
    • All special requests must be made prior to booking the shipment.
    • We reserve the right to charge you for any fees incurred due to extra charges.
  • Estimated delivery times are completely subject to the delivery company. 
  • Additional fees generated from missed deliveries due to customer absence from receiving location are the responsibilities of the customer. 
Note: We do not own the trucks making the deliveries and therefore are adopting industry standard LTL/FTL policies.

Local Area Pick-up
  • Available for pickup Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm from any of our distribution centers.
  • Please place orders with your representative prior to departing to our distribution center(s).
  • Customers will be informed by representatives when orders are ready to pickup.
  • Orders are ready for pickup typically on the next business day of ordering.
  • Same day pickups are only available on orders placed before 9am and subject to availability.

Express & Overnight (UPS/FedEX Only)
  • Express and overnight delivery orders placed after 10am EST will ship the following business day. 
  • Express and Overnight orders deliver Monday through Friday; Saturday and Sunday are not considered Service Days for Express and Overnight deliveries. 
  • For questions regarding an express or overnight order, please call (516) 218-5599 during standard business hours (8am to 5pm EST Monday-Friday). 
  • Modifications to an express or overnight order must occur within one-hour of order placement.

Lost Shipments
If a package is not received by the scanned delivery date, please contact us at RMA@Builderspack.com representative immediately so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Cancellation
A request to modify or cancel an order can be made through your Account Representative or our Customer Service department. As part of our efforts to provide superior customer service, orders are typically processed shortly after being placed. Please note once an order has reached a certain level in the fulfillment process, it may be too late to modify or cancel.

Limited Deliveries
We do not ship outside the continental United States, P.O. Boxes, Alaska & Hawaii, or APO, FPO & DPO.

Shipments on Customer Provided Shipping Accounts
Customers may provide their own shipping accounts when placing orders through an account representative. Orders shipped on a customer-provided shipping account # will receive a 1% or $100 discount, whichever is lessor on their order.

Canadian Ordering Information
  • Canadian orders subject to minimum order of USD $10,000.00.
  • Brokerage and clearance fees, taxes and duties are all the responsibilities of the customer.

Disclaimer
There may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions. Requests for replacement product or credit to your account for merchandise claimed shipped but not received are subject to our investigation. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders.
